As of early Q2 2026, no exchange has been officially licensed. Five exchanges are currently under evaluation: CAEX, TCEX, VIX, LPEX/SCEX, and Vietnam Digital Assets. CAEX is expected to be the first approved, backed by VPBank and partnerships with OKX and HashKey.
