On May 12, 2026, at the "Digital Trust in Finance 2026" forum, Vietnam's Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Duc Chi officially confirmed the earliest operational date for the domestic crypto asset market as Q3/2026, according to Cafebiz/VnEconomy on May 12, 2026. Coinciding with this, CoinMarketCap Academy published an analysis on OKX Ventures and HashKey Capital pouring capital into CAEX, one of five pilot exchanges with valid dossiers being reviewed by the Ministry of Finance.
